Your coaching sessions will be driven completely by you. You choose the topics, set the goals, and set the desired outcomes.
Throughout our partnership, we will engage in 55-minute, bi-weekly coaching sessions where I commit to supporting you through a role of inquiry, self-reflection, empowerment, enlightenment and engagement to achieve a better you as well as providing you with weekly exercises and resources that relate to your chosen topics. You will also receive 1-year follow-up support via email and telephone.
