Personalized 360-Degree Evaluation

The Personalized 360-Degree Evaluation is based on one-on-one interviews with 10-12 individuals that you want to receive input from to assist you in growing to your full potential. This can include your employees, colleagues, leaders, as well as your family and friends. Being the best person that you can be, means understanding how you show up in your whole life, and understanding how you can use your strengths from all areas of life to help you become better and stronger in all that you do.
Through this personalized program, you will establish the goals you want to achieve personally and professionally in the short, mid and long term. I will personally interview 10-12 individuals that you will identify, to represent a 360-degree view of your sphere of influence. These interviews will gather open and honest feedback about where you are in relation to the goals you have set and what you will need to change in order to get you where you want to be.
General themes, as well as specific feedback, will be provided to you about the discoveries from the interviews. Together, we will formulate coaching strategies to move you forward towards your goals. Through goal setting you will set measurable targets, timelines and action plan to launch you forward to a better you.
